Nice pictures, Sjoerd... loads more to come, I hope?
I especially like the Perentie pic also, was that a captive specimen?

Amazing pictures! My nephew and his girlfriend (both from Germany) were just in Australia via the backpackers' work visa deal (work a month, travel a month...). I hope to post some of their pics on HumboldtHerps soon.

    Re: Just a "G'day Mate!"

I got bored of writing my report so I started resizing some pictures again.
After some good rainfall, these guys will jump around in the livingroom.
    Common green tree frog (?)

    A Huntsman. Awesome spiders!

    A jellyfish.
Haven't seen any box jellyfish yet, but we'll be heading down the beach this weekend, so who knows!

A young Mudcrab. At this size the pinching starts to hurt a bit. Its said they become ' dangerous' when their backsheild reaches 15 cm.

    More rainbow lorikeets...

A small millipede. All curled up.

Some kind of weird spiderhole. A tube with a leaf glued to the end of it. Not to sure on this one.

And to end this nature series...A nice waterfall on Mount Glorious.

And then for something completely different!
I'm not to sure on the colors of these pictures. I photoshopped a bit and I'm viewing them on a stoneage monitor (the good old times...)
