    Then how do you prevent draft (also draught?)?

    I now have a painful wrist, and also 248 holes. A few more maybe...

    Fake plants in front of one or both holes slows down the airflow sufficiently. Also reduces ventilation, which is sort of counterproductive. But draft hasn't been a problem for my snakes so far.
