Hey Tom, Thanks for responding ... This whole transaction has me puzzled, from the seller's attitude to the baby snake itself. This was the nicest, most robust looking DEAD snake I have ever seen !!! It did not appear that she had been dead too long and she looked SO good I was startled that she was indeed dead. My impression in regards to a sellers responsibility is the same as yours.

I'm glad it worked out.

I have never had a snake arrive dead but I had one die overnight after it came. It seemed perfect in every way and when I went to check on it in the morning it was dead. I had not fed it or anything. I contacted the seller, offered to send photos etc. He was a true gentleman and said no need for photos and sent me out a replacement the next day! That was Scott Felzer and I have the utmost respect for him and the way he conducts his business.

I have to say as a new internet seller I would probably want to see photos or something but would also send out a new snake without charging the buyer for shipping. It is the cost of doing business.

Hello Joanna, Thanks so much for contributing your experience to this post. My personal transactions with Scott Felzer have also been no less then outstanding over many years. He is ALWAYS more then fair, making good on any issue with his animals

well, i havent dealt with mr felzer,
but the ones i have delt with were great.
They were all on this forum,
chance are if i ever buy something online it will be from here.
