I will have several plains parings next spring, with some large red+blue+albino hets producing redder and bluer albinos and hets.

Re: Breeding plans for next year?

I still have some decisions to make but it looks like I'll be pairing at least one of my bloodlines of radix, parietalis, infernalis, normal marcianus andthe Florida blue sirtalis line with the female that is clear (the other is still on a non-stop slugfest and looks to be removed from any future attempts at breeding). Still deciding whether to attempt the 100% het albino marcianus as an extra but I think I'll have enough on my plate with the above alone ..
Keeping - 'Florida blue' sirtalis, concinnus, infernalis, parietalis, radix, marcianus and ocellatus.

Re: Breeding plans for next year?

Nothing is breeding in my house next year either. My Cuitzeos and radix are the ones that are big enough, but the radix girl has had problems with dried up slugs for the last two years so I won't breed from her (I've got one of Greg's radix females for my male radix in 15/16 depending how she grows).
The Cuitzeos I'll breed in 2015, having a CB12 human is proving to be time consuming and I don't want to produce litters until I have more time on my hands. I'm also not sure how strong the UK market is for Cuitzeos, I want to breed my pair because I love the species and want another generation for myself, but if I have a litter of 15 I can't keep them all.
