Mindy...don't worry about not knowing much about garters. I knew nothing about them when I first joined this site a couple of years ago. Now I like to think of myself as somewhat of an expert on them...pat, pat. Lol. Although I learn something new everyday. There are certainly members on here that know much more than I do...they teach me so much and I am so grateful for this site and my friends!

I remember when Cee Cee had her babies...I thought, most of the nightcrawlers in my back yard are 3 times the size of those babies! Those babies of yours are just precious. Be careful handling them...the little buggers are slippery and fast! They love to pop out of your hands and scurry away!

I had 2 of them attempt to eat today! But the pieces of worm were still a little too big and got spat out. But at least I know they WILL eat. Those 2 are now separate and in the "keep" container. the next 3 that eat will join them, and then the rest will be released.

Came home to 3 more full bellies, so I kept 6, and released the other 10. Bittersweet moment. But at least i know I've got 6 good eaters.

As long as you don't stuff them at every meal they can probably eat everyday.

People assume that time is a strict progression of cause to effect, but actually, from a non-linear, non-subjective viewpoint, it's more like a big ball of wibbly-wobbly timey-wimey stuff.
