Maria Has Escaped

Check your shoes and boots, etc. We had an escapee that we didn't know about and the end result was tragic...

I did that yesterday. I went through all the shoes and boots and told the kiddo to make sure there isn't anything in his shoes before he puts them on. I remember you had a sad event with an escapee and shoes.

Well...I was kind of assuming that Kat would know to not put the lamp close to the towels or the towels right on the heat mat...let me be more clear...Kat, don't put the lamp on top of the towels and put something over the heat mat to buffer between the towels and the mat. You could put the pile of towels near the tank that is over the mat. I don't know...I'm just trying to offer suggestions that might help.

Right...please don't throw a lamp in a pile of towels and wait for the snake, and then I'll feel horrible when the apartment goes up in flames. I can just see you now with Bill and the kids and the snakes...holding a pic of Maria and standing in a pile of ashes with a bunch of angry neighbors...the caption at the bottom of the pic will read.."At least I caught the escaped snake...".

She has been recovered! She is safe and healthy. She was in Brian's room under the end of his bed. I'm so happy!
