    Depends on which Walmart and what city you are in, but yes, here we have a small pet store in our Walmart, and if I watch for them, I can get 20L, 29, 30L and 40L at certain times.

    that is a good price
    and I think that must be near the bottom price that one can get a new one for
    that size at glasscages costs $70.-, so that's pretty close

    But it's probably higher quality at Glasscages (probably doesn't matter if you're not putting water in it though).

    I can't say that their basic tanks are great quality
    serviceable, but sometimes the top frame can be loose
    their sliding door cages are much better quality
    a bit more expensive though
    but I've thought of it this way:
    the basic tank at petco is still more expensive than the same size with sliding doors from glasscages
    there - purchase upgrade justified
