They are not just snakes. They're garter snakes.

yea, they are. Especially compared to females. But, you're workin' with garter snakes. They're not a big species.

So I gotta find a female. I want something between Amon and Kleo. I like little snakes but Kleo I already got.

So are they big enough to dig in for instance an adult mouse or at least a hopper?

a female might be able to out a small adult
a male would have a chance at a hopper

    Re: marcianus?

My 70 cm long Amon eats a hopper with ease; I'm asking because feeding a garter with tons of pinkies doesn't sound like a fun idea. Because I'm keeping Amon, I have adult mice and hoppers. It would be the best, that it would be able to eat Amon's sort of food.

Mama is one of the smallest species and eats large fuzzies, so I'm sure a marcianus could eat a hopper with ease.
