It would be funny if she would try to hunt him down and eat him though.
Kleo could end up being the hunted one though.

Yeah, especially that Lucky eats dry smelts (that my snakes refused to eat, when they wasn't dry yet, lol) like crazy. Carnivorous little beast!

    Yeah, that's what I meant.

Had no idea mice ate smelt.

Believe me, I didn't too. But one day Lucky fled his cage (well, he has reached only it's roof where a dry smelt was and he has started to eat it). That's how I figured out that he likes them.

Well, I don't have to throw away smelts that Izy or Kleo refused to eat anymore, right? Just another little bonus of having a feeder mouse in my house...

Well, nothing special, Kleo digged in yesterday another fuzzy... I bought today more fish to cover up the gap hole my babies did in my aquarium... Two mollies and a swordtail that is. Gee, people were staring at me strangely, when I've ordered three FAT fish.

So I opened my girls' tank and put my hand in there. Kleo instantly rushed forward to see what's up. When she smelled me, she has started to flick her tongue like crazy, she almost went on my hand! No fear at all! Lolwat! The idea popped in my mind: "she's hungry". I wasn't wrong - she ate instantly her first rat pinky (scented with a mollyfish). The point is, she ate 3 days ago a fuzzy. Well, I couldn't resist, especially that she was ready to send me a message with her teeth if I hadn't feed her!
Izy didn't want to eat of course, until she put her hands... I mean mouth on a live molly. It was like om nom nom nom.

I'm pretty sure she wouldn't bite me (she wasn't opening her mouth or something, just approching my hand without any fear and her tongue constantly flicking), but she clearly knows that if I put my hand in her cage there's a fat chance some food will follow.
