Ace's first pic... on an invisible snowmobile

Wow, that snow is gorgeous... i like snow, just not shoveling it. Nice pics of the snowman.. Last time I made one was like 7 yrs ago...

There is a young man from down the street who hangs out alone in my woods all the time.

I'd wager that he was responsible for the snow man.

I ran into him once and asked why, he said it keeps him out of trouble.

As long as he does not harm anything, I am pleased to keep him out of trouble.

His father passed away a couple months ago (An old school friend) so he "hermits" a lot in the woods lately.

Not often that kids in their middle teens are content just walking around in the woods alone, I never found the enjoyment in that until I was around 30

Usually when I find kids in my woods, they are up to no good.

So this fella is kinda like my "security guard"

Oh, I sooooo wish I had an Ace. Every time I look at a picture of him, I can't get over how sweet he is.
I may have mentioned that a few times already.
And, Wayne, your thread is far from boring. I too sometimes just read things without responding. I'm not always feeling talkative.

Wayne, I just caught up on your thread again- great pics, I especially like the garter in your hand (the one in the middle of 3 pics). The dog jumping pic is cool too.

I try to keep up on all the main threads, but I get way behind. I often check just 5-6 threads a day. So, rather than read each new post- I get a week's worth at a time.

i have always been fascinated in walking in the woods, it's fun. I may have came across all kinds of snakes back in the day! Now I go & look & find poison ivy! LOL
