    Re: Ranch News

Saw one of the funniest things yet from one of my radixes.
Here it is. I saw Peachy alone at the cold end of the enclosure. She said today so I knew she'd be hungry.
I took her out of the enclosure and feed her two large night crawlers. As she was finishing her last worm I put her back in.
Realizing someone had food three big girls rushed to the cold end.
Daisy started to get close to Peachy so I tapped on the substrate to get her attention. As she turned around her body brushed up against a pile of poo. I'm guessing this pile was cold and Daisy thought it was a night crawler so she grabbed the pile in her mouth.
I busted out laughing when I saw the look on her face as she shook her head to spit it out. My poor Daisy.

I thought I would introduce this beautiful lite phase green radix. She is growing up with the B/W.
As you can see she's enjoying a nice night crawler.
She has a wonderful clean pattern and will do well here at the Ranch.

    Re: Ranch News

Saturday morning I put my son to work tilling the garden up. I was in need of it as we dump all our used aspen bedding in there.
While my son was doing the hard work I supervised. As he tilled I saw a small radix enter the front tines and out the back. I rushed in to find this beautiful little female no worse for the wear. I did take her in for a couple days of observation. Tough as nail these snakes are.
    I've named her Tiller.
