Just thought i would post an updated pic of my oddball black rat snake. He is wild caught and this is a pic of him and a normal from the same area. Im waiting to see if he will turn black or not.

Frogger is the size of my pinky, there are no meal worms available that are as small as that where I get their food (the new place up closer to me is filthy and expensive, so I'm not even going to bother). Pacific chorus frogs like it cool, so the heat has been off completely, and I feed at night when it's about 62 f. That seems to be the temperature they like. Any higher and its too hot, and I cant get it any cooler right now. I have actually put her in a different area for a while, I kind of figured the lamp might be stressing her out, it has the tendency to randomly turn on. I also used to pick her up and put her in the tank that held the crickets when I only had a few smaller ones, she seemed to enjoy hopping around and catching them then climbing into my hand when she was done. That didn't work either.

I forgot how tiny they were! Mine ate full-sized crickets from the time he was half-dollar sized, so I've never even had to think about that. Hopefully she's just gone off food for awhile and will start up again soon.

Yeah... Or, if there is something wrong, I hope I catch it in time. I could let her go, since she was caught in my yard... But since she's my first frog, I kind of want to keep her.

This is our leopard gecko, Sephira. My hognose, Sweets. Nice profile of his shovel nose! Last is Octa, our Antilles Pink Toe tarantula. She molted during a road trip and lost three legs. She grew them all back the next molt. She's still smaller than a quarter. BTW, she lives in a Hot Wheels car display box!

Thank you for sharing. I think you are the first member that I have seen that has a tranchula for a pet. Thats awesome. Very very cool.

If you go way back in this thread, you'll find a few. Octa is kinda like a fish. We watch her and feed her, but we don't take her out and play with her! Maybe when she's bigger, I'll be more brave! She's not like my BC mix, Lucy would pout if I didn't love on her every day.

I want a hognose. I almost bought one at a show, i just don't have the room. But when I think about, I don't really want any non-garters.
