Lulu, My understanding at this point on a date was last week of June or fist week of July of 2009. I do still plan on attending.

I finish college on the 7th July so i would just miss it
would we be able to bump it on 2 weeks? i really want to have this oppertunity to meet everyone.

I don't see a problem with a slightly later date, Lulu. The whole idea is to plan this so that as many members as possible can attend if they wish to.

I'd love to commit. To meet you all, enjoy your company and get down re: garters. But I don't think it's something I will be able to afford. Even if I drove. I love Fiona to death (she's green, is ugly and has "layers" that are peeling off... My precious Ogre!) but I'd not want to push her that far...

Wayne,
I am looking into flights already so i know what price range to expect and was wondering what the nearest airport to yours.
There is 2 within 5 miles but wasn't sure about whether or not they were just airstrips for small aircrafts and which were international airports.

Lu - I have been over to your side of the pond, and the most direct and economical route is to go to JFK in N.Y. City and then take the shuttle to Elmira Regional Airport.

Unless you want a rental car, we can pick you up.

If camping should wash out, we have lots of extra room, sofas Hide a beds and a motor coach. (it's not road legal anymore, but it is comfy)

Of course anyone who travels that far should at least take a peek at some of the wonders near here.

Google "Watkins Glen" NY and check that out. We live minutes away!

Wayne are you around or near Nassau, NY?? Do you all know when this meet up will be happening? I would love to go... will pick up Aundrea in Ohio on the way up there!!
