Oye, Steve... not what I had hoped to hear. So sorry. Know that you, the kids, and the critters are in my thoughts and prayers.

Oh. Because you know, it seems to me that, aside
from being a little mentally ill, she's pretty normal.

OMG! My router died, internet goes down for a few days, I come back and look at this … water everywhere.

And I guess “ALL” the local radix will be bunking at your place. Dry ground and all. Good to hear everything is dry.

Holy cow. Ive read some of this before but wowo. that is crazy. Weird question and Im sorry if you have already answered it but why arent you useing sand bags for that. will those help the water not get so close to the house and stuff. Im just wondering.
I saw all these pics and said "da**" on the first ones showing the water at the end of the driveway and then I read down further and saw the other ones and gasped and said "DA**"
Im sorry about all the problems Steve . That sucks about all thats going on. Im glad that everyone is safe though. Good luck and Ill be sending Prayers your way. All of you are in my thoughts.
I wanted to Thank you Steve for your help with the heating pad.

Sandbags do no good whatsoever when the water comes from the ground and rises up. The water table is above ground level.

It's a ground water problem. No place for the water to go but in our basements.
The pumps can't keep up but for now I only have about ½ inch of water on the floor.
Much better than the 1 foot I had on Friday.

Here's a photo of the big snake room as it was starting to flood the second time.
The floor is now covered with less then a inch of water.
I'm glad my enclosures are well off the ground.
