This one was caught in Polk County Fl. I have pics of a DOR that was nice as well. I'm not computer savy or I would link it myself but..... if you look for my threads you'll see some pics of some typical blues I've run across.

I'm looking high and low for another. Unfortunetly that job has ended and I'm not on site. But I do have permission to road cruise from the owner.
    Looks female to me.

    Re: Fresh shed......

Didn't we talk about this before Cflaguy? What did I tell you? People are going to go nuts over these and pay / trade just about anything for them. The "florida blue" easterns available in the pet trade are pathetic compared to these and there's no really good source for true blue FL easterns that I know of. You're it.

I had no idea you were even back on the forum. Thought you had disappeared forever. Glad you're back. Now you know, I can't speak for anyone else but now that you showed us the goods, I'm not going to leave you alone until we can make a deal for a pair of these!

You must get out there and get some more of these. We gotta get those bloodlines established in captivity. Heck yes. They are bound to be in that entire area. Probably won't find any during the hottest driest part of the year though.

Please don't tell me this one is going to go the same way that albino northwesterns went. here now, then never seen again.

    It all depends on you.

Exactly... I can be patient and wait for captive bred babies, though.

    Re: Fresh shed......

And how exactly do you suppose we produce those? I'll tell you how. By getting viable pairs from the wild and breeding them. The key first step being, getting the wild pairs into the hands of a breeder which is what I was getting at.

Oh, and lookie there. I just happen to breed garter snakes. Hmm...
