Sorry I don't remember, but is Char eating pinkies? Frozen/Thawed fish? You may be able to put the panacur in the prey item and simply feed it to him that way...

Here's an idea: put the liquid inside something the snake is going to eat. Use a hypodermic needle, or an eye dropper. Put the dose into a pinky, or a piece of fish, something you're sure the snake will eat, and let him go to town.
People assume that time is a strict progression of cause to effect, but actually, from a non-linear, non-subjective viewpoint, it's more like a big ball of wibbly-wobbly timey-wimey stuff.

Filling a pinky would be the easiest way.
    Good luck!

So far his snake doesn't eat pinkies or fish. Just toads (no more though) and worms. That'll make it hard.

Now it will be easy Jason. Cut up the fish, and the worms, and put them in a dish. The overwhelming smell of worms, will completely cover the smell of fish. Get him on fish, or pinkies, and it'll be much easier.

Fish is almost always stronger than worms, no matter what you do.
