    That body shape is different for a garter, that's for sure. Perhaps instead of thinking of them as dwarf, "disadvantaged" or "inferior" they might turn out to be nice pets with long lives. Let's not "sell them short"

    Maybe they are "robust" , "sturdy" "beefy" instead. Or perhaps they did this to themselves before birth. Maybe they wanted to take the "viper impression" profession to the extreme and include body modification?

    Its not the runt.There is another dwarf also.His tail is mangled and it does 'nt eat.These are not runts.Something else went wrong.

    That's what I was thinking. Some form of developmental issue. A true runt would simply be a smaller version of the norm as opposed to what we see here. A dwarf form - possible. Is it ethical to try and experiment with it for the sake of fashion? .... not in my book.

    I was just curious- not a breeder, so I am not sure the ins and outs of what would pass down the lineage.

    Sounds like this could be passed down. I think that whatever happened, it's possible it's on a genetic level.
