    Re: measuring!!

I look at Simones tank (just moved her into a 20 long) length of the tank is 30 inches, she's about 3-4 inches shorter than the length of the tank. Not an exact science, but it works for me.

That's pretty much what I do. Personally, I can't get along with the Snake Measurer..... but then I don't really care how long my snakes are.

    James,
I agree with you. I have been called short. As I explain to them "all that matters to me is that my feet reach the ground"

    Re: measuring!!

usually I just do the estimating based on the length of the enclosure method myself
the one time I really wanted to know, I had to have someone else use the snake measurer for me because I could not make it work on my computer

    James,
I have download the program 3 times(removing properly between) and each time it gives errors with Roxio Media manager says a file for it is missing and then when I cancel it looking for it and the program finally opens I open my pic and it is huge and there is no way to scroll around or resize to do a measurement. Any ideas?? Trying to measure both our Plains Garter and our Corn.

Resize the picture before opening it in the program.
