    shipping lives reptiles is illegal to do through usps and its against the rules through fedex and ups (unless you're certified to ship live reptiles) , so just put arrows pointing up, you should put a heat pack in the box but it shouldn't be touching the snake or the snakes container.

    I have not used this service (yet), but have heard good things about it....they are certified to ship snakes/reptiles through FedEx and they give you a discount. You do have to buy shipping supplies from them to get the discount (specially marked boxes), but the supply prices look competitive and the shipping discount is great. Not to mention you don't have to be certified.
