That's quite OK, once the move is complete, I have already paid for a full year of service, and will renew in July guaranteeing 2 full years (Almost as long as this forum has been on line)

Every time I'd host photos for a member who just couldn't do it themselves, I always feared that the next billing cycle would cause a problem, not anymore.

The old service provider was over charging me by 500 bucks a year! and would not allow me to prepay a 12 month service plan, they just kept hitting me for 50 dollars every month again and again. Sometimes they would want it at inopportune moments, and I would get locked out

So it just made sense to me, either give them (homestead)100 dollars to turn it back on for 2 months, or give Blue Domino 100 dollars for 12 months. No brainer..

Hopefully it all gets sorted out soon, Wayne. Sounds like it will be a worthwhile headache though, all in all.

Oh yeah happy dance for sure, in that 2 years I will save a thousand dollars, and the new service is so powerful, I could hardly ever use all of it.

I can host movies, in DVD quality.... oh yeah!!!!!

And The end result will be cool. Only about 24 more hours before my names are released.

Following advice from Don, I decided to contact go daddy to move my web sites for me.

The price was fair, and I already got a lot further than before.

A piece of advice for anyone who is thinking of starting a web site.. Stay clear of Homestead.

Here is a gallery I tossed together, I am re-learning web page writing (HTML) all over again. The last service had a web site builder and I got lazy.

Its coming back to me. Soon I will have fancy drop down buttons and such added to the site.
