Re: Guess Who I Just Found...? Climber has Come Back!!

that's great news!!! glad he's ok!! sometimes patience is the best way to find them. one of my first wandering garter I had in high school escaped. we had 4 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. one escaped....we looked for days...no sign of him...we even looked under the one bedroom door that was used for storage...no tracks in the dust. then one day about a month later I walked up the stairs and there was my missing snake just sitting there.....was a little dehydrated but fine...never did figure out where this little bugger was hiding!!! had to be good since we had 2 cats in the house!!!!

Re: Guess Who I Just Found...? Climber has Come Back!!

    Thanks, Guys!
My next problem is getting him to eat...
He totally ignores the earthworms and the Pinkies I have put out for him?
He sniffs them, but then just slithers away...
I would have thought he would have scarfed down everything I put in front of him for not eating for 3+ weeks?
Do you think he's stressed from his return back to his tank?
Any advice would greatly be appreciated!!
    Thanks again everyone!
(I'll get some pictures posted of Climber ASAP!)

Jack, pick up some live fish. Don't worry if you cannot find guppies, for a quick fix Rosy reds or even a couple goldfish will not hurt Climber.

Try leaving them in the water bowl for a day or two.

    Chances are they will vanish.

This is also possible. The change in enviroment would be stressful.
