Are you using repti-carpet? If so, how do you like it for use with snakes?

Yes, I like it a lot. It may not look the best, but the reptile carpet in those pics is probably a year old, so it lasts forever. It's also a lot cheaper to use because you don't have to replace any of it when you clean the cage.

Cool. I used it with my bearded dragon when she was a little one. I've had folks tell me that it doesn't do as well for snakes, but I suppose that would depend on the type of snake and if it's belly scales snag.

My garter babies hide so well in the aspen, I have to remove most of the cage decor to make sure they're all out at feeding time... the little dears
