    Glad they are doing well. Didn't know we were talking about hybrids.
    You must make sure they don't escape or breed. This issue has to be addressed.
    They can't be allowed to enter the hobby and breed. If they breed they ruin that line of parietalis and marcianus.
    It's a shame the babies are in this situation.

    That's a nice sized litter, congrats. Were the parents wild caught? Was this an intentional breeding?

    I caught the mother in the wild but didn't know wether ornot she had mated. I'm not sure what you guys are talking about when you say "hybrid" could you explain???

    I just did some checking and I don't have checkered garter snakes. But they do look a little different than the others. Still trying to get pics!!!
