    Re: chosen names of snakes.

We have roughly 47 snakes now, they all have names. Usually nake them by appearance or behavior(well, the garters anyway) my best friend also named a few and most of the others are named with themes, based on where they live in the wild or the name of species, eg our royals are Nero, Athena and Cleopatra

I think of names I like and if it fits them. (I usually get names I like from
books and movies and other animals I had that died).

    Re: chosen names of snakes.

My snakes get names when they become breeders.
So you could ask me "Who are farther and mother of this babies?", and I would answere: " Well, this is a son of Viktor and Gerlinde. He´s comming from a good house, has lots of brothers and sisters with beautyful pattern."
