    ??? EOS Rebel is what the unit has written on it.

    I find I cant stand still enough for some shots, but there is a built in sort of stablizer. read the specs and you will understand.

    They sell the same models under different names. In the US, they sell it as Digital Rebel, in Japan as Kiss Digital and in Europe it goes under something else, for example EOS 300D (higher number for later models).

    Judging by your description, I think we're using the same camera.

    FZ 28 cost 450$/can +bag+4 gi memory card and also buy a longer garantie 3 years with more advantages.
    I pay 150$ over the price I first expected!

    I recharge the battery all night ,tomorrow will see.I need to read the instruction,the thing i hate the most!

    If you are serious about your pics... choose DSLR
    Nikon, Canon, Sony... what ever.

    only way to go....

    I am not by any means a professional but this camera makes me one. So simple to use I got it in black.

    I have a small Sony Cyber-shot and it just wasn’t working. I really wanted a good pics of my garters and then this Rebel XS was suggested and now I thing I’m a pro

    I got it with the EF-S 18-55mm 1:3.5-5.6 IS lens then bought a 70-300mm F/4-5.6 Di LD Macro and now I’m learning to get fantastic shot from just 6 feet out
