    Wow those T.radix are beautiful is there any way I can import them into South Africa? We don't have any T.radix available here!

    Yes it really is , i have been trying to get some Thamnophis cyrtopsis as well, apparently there was a some a couple of years ago but I cant trace the Owners/ Breeders here in SA.

    Steve needs a reminder every now and then to make sure he knows how lucky he is to live in radix central. We aren't as unlucky as you @ndy, there's quite a selection of garters available in Europe, so if you were looking to import to SA it may be worth checking to see whether it's easier from Europe or US.

    It would be nearly impossible to get them here since manitoba is home to a den with like a billion snakes living in it. No one has ever put a camera down into that den, there is probably a secret underground world of snakes we just don't know about.

    damn t. radix for being a native species here, those are beautiful and I seriously do want one or 2

    apparently there has been reports of flames being found up north

    I just tried a quick search on google with no result, but I know I've read something about this within the last 2 years
