I don't ever let them move that far from me. Even if they were to make a run for it, I'd still be close enough to grab them.
This one is pretty calm. I've been working with him since day 1. The tetrataenia is the one snake I wouldn't take outside like this. Not only would she be quick to dart off, she won't let herself be handled.

Love the look on the female's face in those first pics. Come to think of it...the male has kind of an angry look on his face in the pics too. Do you stand in front of the snakes and scream obscenities at them to tick them off?
