But, like I said, she'll get some food in the morning.

Ok, the thing is that Kleo didn't make a proper shed. I had to put her in the tub and strip her of her old skin. But she ate a smelt today, so I think it's OK.

Make sure it's all off. Eyecaps, tail etc.

I'm pretty sure her eyecaps went off and she shed properly to her tail. I removed the skin from her tail and I think there's no remains of shed, but I'll keep watching her.

Tips of the tail can be fatal, as can anywhere else. But I'm sure you got it. What's the himdity in there?

I'm not sure, but it's quite high, like 80% (I'm living next to two lakes and really big river). Amon's shedding without any problems. And she lacks like 4 inches of her tail, maybe more; I'm guessing that she lost it because of shedding problems, when she was free.

The tip of the tail isn't fatal, it can just cause the tail to fall off.

What you can do is get a cloth damp with warm water, and rub it down her body, or wraps it around her and apply a little bit of pressure as she slithers through it. That can help to get it off, if there's any left. It's better safe than sorry, and it might surprise you how much is left on.

Like I said, Chantel, I did exactly what you described - with my fingers.

    I can't make it down; it's the air in this place - can't replace it, can't I?
