Here are my two newest additions, picked this cute little guy up yesterday. It was somewhat impulsive, went in to the pet store for something else and saw him. It's a Paraguay yellow spotted walking toad or a Bumblebee toad.

Then picked this little one from a breeder in Utah on Saturday.
    Unfired gargoyle baby.

    Fired up.

    I have some sad news

Drache, my PI king, who's been having trouble with a recurring abscess on his head, has died of kidney failure. He's been at the vet's for a few months now, and they couldn't save him. In consideration of the fact that I got him seven years ago as an over 5' adult, he was probably pretty old. Now that I know he's not coming back, I miss him.
Here's one of the last photos I took of him last summer when he was well for a while

What a coincidence. I went to petco today and saw that they had some new additions. Same toad. Incidentally, the item I went to pick up has increased in price from ridiculous to "OMG! you have to be kidding me".

8 oz package of silversides went from $5.60 to $8.88. The 16 oz sally's silverside flats went from around 8 dollars to almost $14

I guess it's time to start buying whole trout and make fish jello out of it.
