Then they probably weren't ready to turn. Heck, if they're ready they should just slide right across the pan. I use a Teflon coated electric skillet sprayed with Pam. They slide right off nice and clean but only if they're ready to turn.

Hey everyone! Just wanted to let you guys know I'm still alive and I miss you all! Nursing clinicals are insane. I'm at school all the time and when I'm not there, I'm studying. But I am doing really well so far...we take two classes per semester and I got a 90 on my first exam in one class, and a 95 on my first exam in the other class.
