It also looks like everything is pretty evenly coated. How were the driving conditions?

It warmed up to just above freezing that day and a heavy mist fell (just water) for a while. Then after sundown it froze again so everything was covered in a layer of ice including the roads. No more freezing now, not even at night. Things have warmed up. 36 F right now but the next few days it should be around 45-50 F.
