No no no...if we are going to talk about things that offend people...I don't want to see pics of shot deer. Some people are offended by that, you know. I understand some people shoot them for food...but I don't want to see pics of it. We can't laugh at a broke back mountain joke that was not intended to offend anyone but we can post pics of shot deer? I agree...it is time to take the politically correct argument to the PM's though. And I do not want to have a big argument about shooting deer either.

I'm sorry Marnie I really don't want to offend anyone. I don't know how to delete the photo from my post, so I deleted it from my ImageShack account... it gave me a message saying that the photo would be deleted "within an hour" so hopefully it will dissapear from my post at that time. Again I'm very sorry that it offended you.

McWYO, it's okay, really...but thank you for understanding. I know I have to deal with the reality that animals are shot for meat. But, I am the type of person who will throw on my breaks and go through my windshield before hitting a squirrel. I'm just super-sensitive when it comes to animals. Again, thank you for your kindness and understanding. I don't think any less of you though...please know that.

Every year, for my birthday, I get a stomach virus. Two years ago, it was so bad, they had to rush me to the hospital in an ambulance and keep me on IV fluids and nausea/pain meds all night. This time it isn't so bad, but of course I have another dumb virus.

Oh...and I couldn't sign on all day yesterday...I haven't noticed the changes yet though.

Thanks Marnie Here's a cool pic I think everyone can enjoy- this is my daughter chilling out with a mule deer we named "Nina". I take lots and lots of photos of Nina and her herd every year in the winter, but this photo is by far my favorite. I personally do not hunt, unless it's with my camera. I have spent many hours hanging out and observing the local deer, they are quite interesting to watch! I've had many wonderful close encounters with this particular doe, and I was happy to be able to share that with my daughter.
