    I know how it is to have a helicopter all day. Tornado hit us, and the freaking news would not leave the overerhead shot for almost the whole day.. But at least this one was doing something good. Hope it all works out.

    Not in my general area.
    Just south of Council Bluffs many are being moved out.
    Levees are not as high and the river is higher there.

    Great, Montana is getting heavy rains. That will still have to come down the Missouri River. It's going to be a long Summer and Fall.

    The Army Corps of Engineers probably ranks just a tiny bit higher than nature if you know what I mean.

    Tornadoes are the finger of God, foreseeable huge incredibly expensive natural disasters are managed as much as possible!

    Heavy rain came through the area last night. This photo is from out in front of my house looking West. This all rain water. I now have water coming in along the walls in a couple room.
    They did some kind of work down there and it looks like the storm sewer isn't draining at all now.
