Thats an incredible find. I'm so jealous that you have different color garters where you are at. Seems like here they are all one huge family since they pretty much ALL look the same, no pattern, no color variation, no nothing, just yellow stripe, black along the upper middle, and light beigh on the sides and belly.

Eastern Plains Garter Snake

Pretty much half of what you will find here, the other half are red sided, but they aren't brilliantly red, just red spots down its sides.

Sunny decided to show herself today. My youngest brought her in the house and down to me. She's looking good. Seems to be in good health. She took a good drink of fresh water and was let go back out front. She lives under the front steps and is a welcome resident.
