I have spoke of "Rusty" before. He just shed and his pattern really shines right now.

I found this guy last summer out in the mud bogs.

The pattern struck me right away, the rusty red and those spots, Very dark maroon (not typical black)

Not sure if these traits would breed on though.

He is a smallish male and lives in a 20 long with a couple Dekayi girls. They all seem to get on fine.

I find that on a couple of mine too!
After feeding Deejay, you get to see all the red tones and checkers that are otherwise hidden, but on Chili, it actually stretches it all out and completely ruins the look.

Rusty is very handsome. Love his colours!

Here is an interesting photo, look at the mouse in the back. It is facing the wrong way, and the other 3 had more MP (mouse power) so that one got to go round and round.



Here is a baby DK attacking a worm, The worm was maybe 2 inches long at most, Wish I had a penny in the photo so show just how small this thing really is..(fed in a sandwich box)

And lastly, Here is that silly "staring fish" my Oscar named "Peach"

The tank is by the computer, and I commonly look up to see this staring back at me...(Either in horror, shock or amusement?)



Like I said before, Never intended to have any fish aside from feeders, But this one is special..
