but did the person who got chosen get to stay as a moderator? Or once you returned did he(or she) get "kicked" off the position?

Really? This is THE MOST TOLERANT happy nice place I've ever come across on the 'Net. I think you'd have to do something HORRIBLE horrible to get "kicked" off - a postion or otherwise.

That's not exactly what I ment. I didn't mean get kicked off as a punishment. I was thinking the "fill in" moderator was just as it sounds. To "fill in" for the other dude, and once he came back they'd go back to what it used to be like.

James got a new job and he's away from home like weeks at a time. So, naturally, when he is home he wants to spend it with his darling daugher, Molly, and his sweet wife. (And house guests...)

Stefan, in my opinion, was pretty much a mod to begin with but just hadn't been knighted - so to speak.

So, Stefan has finally been given the official title and requsite abilities; James is back when he has the time, and Stefan is still a mod even when James is here.

Oh. And James never unbecame a mod. He was, he is. So we've just got a new mod - Stefan - that's not really a new mod, just more official.
