Vegetables aren't food, they're what food eats. And steaming is not a way to prepare food, it's a way to ruin texture and remove flavor, just like boiling.

i love meat. i love steamed veggies smothered in parmesan cheese too. it does ruin texture an flavor though... that's why i add cheese

take a couple scoops and put it in your cheerios or some vanilla ice cream....now that's delicious!
