Well the bad news here is that once again Delaware cannot get the winter weather right...instead of a nice cold winter...but not too cold, mind you, with snow...as it should be...it has been going back and forth between days of bitter cold with temps in the teens and days in the high 50's in which the poor flowers get confused and try to bloom. Dag nabbit Delaware weather!!!
