just to let everyone know.... I did something spectacular tonight! I photographed, every, single, one of my garters, on a solid white background. Be on the lookout for them tomorrow or at the latest, the next day!! I also took some of a few other snakes, but that's nothing compared to all the garter shots. I have over 500 pics to sort through right now... so...... yea!

I also have really, heartbreaking news regarding the red necked keelbacks. The male regurged last week and the next day was wanderinging aimlessly and listlessly. I knew he was dying, and sure enough he did. I am so..... sooooooo upset. I am realllllly hoping that they possibly bred and that possibly the female snake could be a mama... will keep feeding her heavy and hoping to see signs of eggs

I have a feeling it will be a long time before I am able to find another one of these
