    Post New Garter Owner

    Hi I am new to owning a snake let alone a garter snake. Have been kinda nervous about getting a snake but when my wife got her RTB i thought what the heck and got all the stuff i needed and then when i got it all situated I ran out and got me my Garter Snake. Figure i would start small and can move up from there! I am always up for free advice and helpful comments.

    Welcome. Even though your wife has hers, I don't know if I would recommend a garter as a first. This had sparked quite the debate awhile back.

    But I didn't listen to them either!! Welcome once again.
