how to tell when your snake is PG??

Aundrea thinks her Benny(who we thought was a male) is pregnant! She is swollen/big & she has been hiding, she ate for the first time in a month. She was a good eater. Benny is her wc brown dekayi, & she got another cb brown dekayi, Max from Wayne. Soooo Max got it on, with Benny.

She will post pictures soon... what she needs to know, how long will she be pregnant for? Anything special to do?

wow well congrats lol now you just have to figure out how to feex x # of dekays in the middle of winter.................... i'd just tru to keep from handling and leave her alone as much as possible... and feed her as much as she wants..... do you know when she first got pregnant?

My pregger Dekayi each behaved differently, Xena ate everything and anything, constantly.

Dianna and Athena went off feed until they had the babies.

The babies are really really tiny, and getting food this time of year is going to be a challenge.

about a month she realized she was getting bigger... Aundrea has left her alone, just looks in to see if she is ok. She is in the neon hide.

thank you from Aundrea. she is not online right now, I am on the phone with her... we talk about 3-4 times a day!

ok so i'd say you've got at least 2 more months to go.... tell her to try and find a food source......

hi all
my nagini is also a WC dekayi and she is a big piggi.
she is housed with sal also a WC . he is so skinny and she is like 3 times his girth.
he did not bermate..spelling .... last year but got the job done just the same. my baby slugs are coming along very well and there my just be enuff for some of the brood to live along with diced worm parts
this is what I am hoping atleast.
will get some pix of them to gether to show size differance. bye

Yes I think she is pregnant LOL. When Max didnt eat for a month and a half when I first got him he was getting smaller. Well Bennie has not ate for a month til 3 days ago didnt get smaller. She is getting bigger

. I will take pics of her. My other half has the camera and keeps forgetting to bring it home UGH!!! She ate one worm. She usually eats 2 or 3. Her bum is big. She does hide alot. She usually is out and about. I will take them pics very soon..
