    Re: wow!

The price tag is for a pair of actual granites... when you think about it, they are very new so its really not that bad of a price at all. I would charge about the same for something like that! I spoke with the guy who collected the original animal from the wild on the phone... he said he wasnt even looking, he just looked down and saw this crazy cool garter!!!! I gave him a ton of info on thiaminase and what's safe to feed them and he was very appreciative, very respectful, very nice guy. We talked for about a half hour about garter snakes and he sounded glad that his snakes were going to good homes. He allowed me to put a deposit on the snakes until tomorrow and hes even sending me pictures and allowing me to choose the exact snakes that I want!!!

I ordered 1.1 double hets for granite and albino. That was $200 shipped. Not really that bad in my opinion! He offered me some adults but I couldn't afford any more than what I just spent!

    hahahaha, that was me!!!!

he sent me pics of the whole groups and i chose them based on their smaller checkers and wider areas of green/yellow. And the fact that they seemed nice and fat

Now if the weather would just get warmer so they can ship!!!

My expierience with the dealer has been excellent. Both Barry and Larry have been fantastic about everything! And he is still keeping in touch even though payment has been made and I have picked my snakes. Very great business I could not be happier!!! And I can't wait to make granites!!!

Well it was 10 degrees this am up in my neck of the woods and those guys & girls were still toasty warm inside their shipping box when they arrived.

Here they are should be a real fun project

    The Boys :

    The Girls :

They seem to be in really great shape, one had some stuck shed but tossed her in a moist box and good as gold.

Good guys to deal with; two thumbs up
