Actually, I'm very well behaved with it.... good diet (apart from le vin rouge) keep myself fit.... I never have any incidents.

lol i think all i had that day was candy lol stupid mistake lol then i went and swam 6000 yards........

i'm bad with candy lol but besides that i have a healthy diet

i no longer like fried or greesy foods

but.... that candy.... can't seem to get away from it i guess lol

on halloween i drank 3/4 a gal of milk so i could have all the candy i wanted lol i like candy.....

but besides the feeling like crap on occasion part lol it's not so bad
