Shannon, I can see why you were so taken with Casper! Wow! He's gorgeous!!! Love the green marcianus, too. My two hybrid munchkins look somewhere between those two... green, but not as green as your female, dorsal stripe, but not as thick as your male...yellow belly stripe, just kind of interesting to compare

    Re: Shannon's Snakes Photo Thread

    thanks guys

I am just so glad that I waited all this time to find the RIGHT checkered's. I was tempted so many times to go with het albino's... but i didn't want to.... I said just wait shannon you'll find them some day... and here they are!!!! I LOVE THEM!! lol! The female's skin in between her scales is a really awesome lime green... it makes her look like a glow in the dark toy. I would LOVE to find a male with similar coloration and line breed these genetics....

oh and as a side note... she is kind of chubby back there... so she will not e put down into brumation as soon as the others... so that I am SURE she is not prego!

Shannon - All - if you should hear of green phase garters, I'd appreciate you letting me know. I'm partial to green in anything. LOL! Shannon, your girl is jaw-dropping stunning. Lucky you!

    Gertie
there is a good chance I'll be having green maritime babies in spring - fingers crossed
and perhaps Shannon will have green checkereds
I wish I'd known, because one of my sirtalis babies was quite green also

    btw, Shannon
that ribbon baby becomes more outgoing when kept with other babies her size - or at least for me she did

Rhea, if you would be so kind, DO keep me filed away in your head. If I've the funds, I'm buying. The greener the better.

I'd contracted for one Hogglette, a normal. When I found out the breeder had ONE green phase, double the price, I couldn't help myself and HAD to get it! And that's my pride and joy, love o'my life, Mr. Niizh!

Thank you very much, Rhea. I appreciate you letting me know.
