    Exclamation Baby Garter Weak!!!!

We have recieved a babie garter snake about three weeks ago. He was doing fine but I noticed he has not eaten. he took a bite out of a minnow but that is about it. Now he seems to have a flat belly and is not as active. When I hold it; it tends to roll on my fingers as if he does not have any control over his body. Please help....

Oh. Because you know, it seems to me that, aside
from being a little mentally ill, she's pretty normal.

I hope it turns around for you... but that sounds like the very last stages of either dehydration or starvation... snakes cannot "take bites" out of things... so he actually did not get anything to eat. I am sorry that it did not go better for you and that he pulls through... try putting him in a deli cup with a very shallow amount of water and some feeder fish and elave him over night.

If he doesn't make it... we will be here to help you through
