The first dragonfly was pretty banged up. We fished it out of the sea and got it up on the rock. It had lost a couple of legs and probably didn't survive, but it seemed to get a bit better while I was taking the pictures. The last photo is of a different one.

I also got a few pictures of a baby Zootoca vivipara, but the pictures turned out really bad.

Man, the lightning outside is crazy! There hasn't been a hint of darkness for the last half hour or so! And its midnight!
As I'm typing this, I can hear the wind is picking up...This is going to be a rough night for people who fear lighting!
