Yea, so the names Kevin..age of 16. I have had many animals..mostly every fish uner the sun, but have changed over to herps. I just recently (like two days ago) recieved some form of wild garter snake (not sure the species). MY dad saved it from my dog who loves to sniff out toads, snakes, mice, rats, ect. and kill them..or atleast try. Now its about 8-9" long and looks like the normal garters I find in upstate ny. I have it in a Zoomed encolsure....the fancy one with front opening doors (second or lagest they make I believe), newspaper bedding, big waterdish, and hide spot....what a way to start into snakes..as this is my first...hhaha.
