    I'll keep one after they grow up a bit. I really don't think I have the inclination to find hordes of itsy- bitsy bugs to keep one fed right now! I'll wait till they can eat crickets.

    Looks like fun Wayne! Anji your little mantids are too cute! Don't blame you for waiting a bit to keep one, though. I had great luck feeding tons of aphids, but you probably don't have aphids on your roses to begin with

    About a month ago, I had a bazillion aphids on my Rose of Sharon bush. But some ladybugs promptly moved in and took care of those for me.
