I casually walked into my room to see a little garter head looking up at me from the maternity ward! There's around 10 of the little guys, all very thick.
And they're leetle BUTLER'S!So cute!
However, a note on cannibalism... The smaller female vagrans in the tank is looking thick; I'm thinking she got one of the babies. D:
Oh well; she hasn't been feeding at all since I got her, so it's a mixed blessing. :P

On an important note, mom and 6 of the 11 babies are being released in an hour. The butler's population in the area I found ma seems to consist almost entirely of adults; a new generation is crucial to the maintenance of the species in the area.
The other 5 babies, selected by me for color mainly, are in a Sterilite container and will be offered worms shortly.0.1 Storeria dekayi
