Now envision this Gertie, A drummer and a bass player NEED each other.

Well, Ok if you like rock music anyways.....

If you have ever been to a concert, the Bassist and drummer need to be in tune with one another.

Their mistakes are the ones that will get noticed first.

As classic bands age, I have seen vocalists forget the words to songs THEY wrote, but if a bass player, or drummer loses place in a song, it gets noticed real quickly by everyone!

Even master drummer Phil Collins will occasionally break a stick, he's fast, he can grab another, but not before the interruption is noticed.

Guitar players can snap a string, and get away with it, a bass player on the other hand......

Back to the classic bands, look close on stage whenever there is a concert on PBS, Pink Floyd, Moody Blues, etc.. all have some very young bass players and drummers hired on to help out.

According to the news, the city's water supply has been contaminated by coliform bacteria and they've known about it since ****ing sunday.

Does anybody here happen to know what effect E. coli, for example, can have on snakes?

Good heavens!!! Sorry to hear that Stefan, that's insane... well, if the snakes' digestive systems are in good health and they have a good bacterial balance, maybe their own bodies will fight off the e coli... if they were any other animal I'd say load them up with probiotics, but I'm not sure how to do that with a snake... keep us posted.
